The Highlands are home to some of the best and unique artisan food and drink producers in the world, and we are delighted to support, and showcase, a variety of produce from them. We have also sourced some of the finest foods from the rest of Scotland, the UK and Europe.

Cheeses
As well as local cheeses from Connage Dairy, Highland Fine Cheeses and Isle of Kintyre, we receive weekly cheese deliveries from I.J. Mellis, The Fine Cheese Company and Harvey & Brockless. The range of cheeses changes all the time but we always have some favourites such as Mull Cheddar, Hebridean Blue, Clava Brie, Prima Donna, Comte Aged 30 months, Gorgonzoa…

Charcuterie
We will be slicing salamis and hams in the future, but in the meantime have a range of charcuterie from; Bogrow Farm near Tain – air dried hams (so good Italian and Spanish visitors don’t believe they are produced in Scotland!), salamis and salami snacking sticks; Great Glen Charcuterie, Roy Bridge – a range of specialist salamis, cured venison fillet and snacking chorizos/pepperonis produced from the finest wild Scottish venison; East Coast Cured, Edinburgh – slow cured salamis and nduja from the best of Scotland’s meats.

As well as supplying us with some fabulous French cheeses, we have delicious Pate en Coute, Duck confit, Boudin Noir, duck/goose/boar pates and Smoked Duck Rillette imported by Provisions London, and Duck/venison and chicken liver pates from Findlaters.

We stock a large range of jams, marmalades and jellies from Rose Cottage Country Kitchen in Nairn, honey from Loch Ness Honey, and chocolate spreads from Seggiano.

Wine & Spirits
We offer a selection of approximately 60 wine, based on some of the more popular choices available at our wine bar The Walrus and Corkscrew, with the addition of several Fine Wines selections. As with many of our wines in the wine bar you will find that we have several brands that are only available here in Scotland, such as Virginie T champagne produced by Virgine Taittinger.
Varieties change with seasons, and keep a look out for some larger format magnums/double magnums as we near Christmas: always a fun option for a larger gathering!
We also have a small selection of high quality sherries and ports, as well as several Highland gins.
Wine glassware is also available to purchase.
