Free in-store collection.

Standard Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24 £8.79 incl. VAT.

Orders received by 3pm Monday to Thursday will be posted the next day. Orders received on a Friday will be posted the following Monday.

Public Holidays are excluded from our delivery service.

During peak periods deliveries can be delayed.

It is important that we receive a full and accurate address and postcode for the recipient. If after 2 failed attempts at delivery (or you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to us and we reserve the right to add an additional re-delivery charge.

Hampers can be collected up to 4pm on Christmas Eve.

LAST POSTAL DATE is FRIDAY 20th DECEMBER 2024 to guarantee delivery before Christmas.

ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 3PM ON THURSDAY 19 DECEMBER 2024.

You will receive an email notifying you of your order being dispatched and provided with a tracking link.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order you will be able to cancel and return your order to Merchant’s Delicatessen within 7 calendar days from the received delivery at your own expense. Goods must be packaged adequately to protect against damage, as you are responsible for the safe return. Where the packaging forms part of the purchased product (eg Gift Hamper), you must include the original packaging in good condition with your return.

Any perishable food and drink products cannot be accepted as a cancellation or return.
